Being in the moment happens for me through art, reading or laughing. At other times it is pretty difficult.

Hi Leslie, i agree, captured moments are so rare. We live through the most of our moments without being aware of them.

living the present. what a difficult task. would be so good to live it in all its essence. but it seems that human condition is either stuck to the past or trapped in a multiplicity of possible futures.

What is it with humans that we battle to live the moment. I suppose it's a learned response to jump ahead. I live for those moments of creating art...that's when I really do live in the moment.

Yes, creating makes us aware of the moment more than anything else i guess.
